• Small amount of online bank: 
  online banking deposit fee is free. For customers who deposit money through small online banking, the debit is deducted from your bank card. The currency in your trading account is the same as the settlement currency of your trading account (for example, if you are a us dollar account, the account is us dollars; if it is a euro account, the account is in Euros; if it is a GBP account, it is in GBP). The exchange rate between the RMB and the corresponding currency is our closing exchange rate.
• The single maximum limit for online banking deposit is $100,000. If you want to deposit more, we recommend that you deposit in several times.

In order to protect the rights of you and Allied Top Industrial (HK) Limited , you may need to provide us with additional information before withdrawal, such as proof of identity. In addition, please be sure to log in to the customer's office before the first withdrawal – click on the withdrawal – enter the withdrawal confirmation number. The withdrawal confirmation number only needs to be entered once during the first withdrawal, and you do not need to re-enter it at the next withdrawal. The withdrawal confirmation code has been sent to your registered email address after successful account opening. Please log in to your registered email address. 
The minimum deposit limit is 50 USD/EUR/GBP unless you request that your balance be fully removed. If you need to withdraw all your funds, please ensure that your account is short and send an email to submit your application. 
All withdrawal requests, customer service department will be processed within 2 hours, the arrival time is T+1 working days.

• Small amount of online bank: 
  Based on the anti-money laundering process, customers who enter the deposit through small-scale online banking will first refund the deposit amount to the deposited bank account in the form of "refund". 
  If your account is profitable, or if your funds cannot be returned to your deposit bank account, we will refund the funds to the receiving bank account you provided. The bank documents (screenshots/banking slips) you provide must contain the account information of the relevant receiving bank, such as the name of the receiving bank, the name of the payee, and the account number of the receiving bank.
  If you need to provide relevant information,we will arrange Chinese staff of Allied Top Industrial (HK) Limited to contact you. 
  We are unable to process any form of third party withdrawals. Please ensure that your withdrawal bank account is a personal bank account in your name. 
  Once the withdrawal is successful, the supplier's refund processing usually takes 2-7 working days. Please be patient. 
  If your receiving bank card has been cancelled, stolen or needs to be changed, please let us know before submitting your withdrawal request.
• Wire transfer: 
  If you choose to deposit funds by bank transfer, your withdrawal funds will be returned to the deposited bank account by wire transfer. Sometimes, because your bank account information is incomplete, we need you to provide further account information.
  Wire transfer will generate a $20 fee, which will be deducted from your trading account. However, in some special cases, Allied Top Industrial (HK) Limited will waive this fee for you. For example, if the deposit of your small online banking cannot be returned to your deposit card and you need to send the cash out. 
  International customers can check with the receiving bank for the bank charges for remittances and the exchange fees for the exchange currency of the remittance funds. The withdrawal currency is the same as the currency of your trading account, such as USD, EUR or GBP.
