  • Margin trading is conducted by price fluctuations of commodities, and the difference between the opening and closing prices of the transaction is used for settlement. They may be settled in a different currency than the base currency of your account. Therefore, your profit or loss may be affected by foreign exchange fluctuations.
  • You should not make any margin trading unless you fully understand all potential risks and have sufficient resources. Because the market may not change as you think, once you move backwards, you will have to bear the loss of the relevant margin payments and transactions.
  • Margin trading is a leveraged transaction, which means that you only need to put a small amount of funds as a margin to make a larger amount of trading. If the price moves in a favorable direction, you will increase your profit. But even a small reverse price move can cause you a big loss, and you may need to replenish your funds immediately to maintain your position. If you are going to close your position, you are responsible for any damages incurred in the process. The potential profit or loss of margin trading can be significant, so you need to think carefully when making trading decisions.
